The Hôpital Foch Centralised Appointment Service is open non-stop 8:30am to 6pm*, Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am to 5:30pm on Fridays.

At the hospital

 

To make an appointment in person, the centralised appointment service is located behind the main hall. Feel free to ask our receptionists for help as soon as you arrive! The Hôpital Foch Centralised Appointment Service is open non-stop 8:30am to 6pm*, Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am to 5:30pm on Fridays.

 

*Please note, these opening times change during the school holidays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

WHAT DOCUMENTS WILL YOU NEED?
  • Proof of identity: passport or national identity card (CNI)
  • French Social Security Card (Carte vitale)
  • Private (top-up) health insurance/third party payment certificate
  • Means of payment: preferably cheque or debit/credit card
  • Proof of CMU or AME affiliation
  • Details of treatment already received
TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT...

If something comes up... There are 2 ways to cancel an appointment:

 

FOR A PRIVATE CONSULTATION...

Private consultations can be organised with some of our practitioners. In this case you will be required to sign a fee approval at the consultation.

What happens on the day of your appointment?

 

 

On the day of the consultation appointment, the patient will be sent to the administrative counters. An admission form and a patient* card will be issued on arrival. These cards ensure that medical treatment and administrative processing is as effective as possible during their time at the hospital.

Concerning the payment of the consultation, only the patient's part of the fee (ticket modérateur) will be required provided that they have proof of social security coverage (certificate or "carte vitale"). This amount may be refunded later by your private (top-up) health insurance. Do not hesitate to contact them to find out...

 

* card issued when you first come to the Hôpital Foch. This card must be shown at all consultations or hospital admissions.
